Memorial Weekend 2010

***Updated with video***
This weekend definitely was not one we were expecting. We had made plans to drive to Ephraim to go to the Scandinavian Festival, and help out Grandpa Johnson. Once Charlotte had gone to bed, I got everything ready, got the house picked up and was off to bed. After 2 hours of tossing, I finally fell asleep, and then woken up not long after by a crying baby. This puts us at 0145. Poor thing had a fever of 101.0. After some cuddles and rocking in the chair she was back to bed. This puts us at 300am. Then she was back up at 545. After a night like that and a fever that was not going to go away, we ended up staying home. After looking at all her symptoms we have come to the conclusion that miss things Molars have decided to make their appearance.

Sunday night was no treat either. She had me up at 400am and that was it. No going back to sleep for any of us. After many attempts to get her to nap , and listening to her cry and scream from her bed, I stopped trying. She has refused to eat anything other than applesauce and only wants milk. I am okay with this since she is getting some nutrition. After some time we played outside and near 200pm FINALLY a nap was taken.

Monday was glorious.
Charlotte and myself finally slept all night, and after breakfast the three of us went to Liberty Park and visited Tracy Aviary. Charlotte of course was more interested in the gravel paths, rocks , and the hanging doorways more so than the birds

What a difference

After the Aviary we walked around the park and Charlotte took a ride on the carousal.

The rest of the afternoon was spent at home playing in the yard, just hanging out with each other and relaxing.

HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY !
