Bad Habits

 

 Another bad habit created by Steve. Charlotte now loves to play in the car, and now when ever I need to get somewhere which requires taking the car is a NIGHTMARE!

It is near impossible to get her to now sit in her seat. She wants to be in the drivers seat.



Tires and Bolts

Steve has been telling me for months that when winter comes, I am getting new tires on my car. Of course I said, "no, the tires are just fine". Well, today Steve got his way.

Thanks to this.

Some how this 4 inch bolt went right threw the side wall of my tire. This of course made it un-repairable. Now my thought was "I will just get one tire, since that is all I need". Oh no, Steve-o got his way and I am now the owner of 4 brand new tires.

What a lucky gal I am.

13 years in the making

My sweet 1995 Corolla is sitting at a milestone. This car has been to Maryland and back, driven through Washington D.C. with no oil, and was in a single car accident.
She is my Champ. Sitting at 99,999 miles, she is now parked in the garage. 1.2 miles to go until she hits 100,000 miles.

Maybe I will drive her around the block for my 30th birthday.

My Buddy and Me

For a while now, Steve and I have talked about me getting a scooter. Saturday we went out looking at them and I fell in love with " The Buddy". I fell in love even more after test driving it. This thihng gets 90 MPG.


The bummer thing about getting a scooter it I have to have a motorcycle license to take on the major roads ( ie... Bangeter Highway). So, the next step is to get into class. I am a little nervous about it. It is a lot different from driving a car, and you have to pay much better attention to what you are doing. I guess I will not be putting on my lip gloss while driving.

Cant, you just see me on it? Riding down the highway in my heels,wearing my pink helmet? Way cute.
