I love Ephraim
I am so many memories of this amazing small town. From living there for a year while my mom finished her nursing degree, to summer vacation at my grandparents house. Aswell as college. It holds a very special place in my heart.
Every Memorail weekend Ephraim hosts the Scandinavian Festival. Foods, crafts, cars, bounce houses for the kids. We plan and look forward to this every year. Charlotte's favorite is the parade which comes down main street. She calls it the "Candy Parade" since every float throws out handfuls. This year was fun as there was an airplane flying over dropping bags and bouncy balls.
This weekend we also decided to hold and estate sale at my grandfathers home. He passed back in January and it was time to press forward with selling items inside to then prepare the house to sell. I found it to be difficult to have all this random people rummaging though my grandparents home. Opening cupboards ,drawers, and closets.
Even with the estate sale we had a great time.
