Someone stoll my pot

Well my planting pots that is. I was woken up this morning by Steve telling my name and I heard him say something was stolen.
This is what I saw when I got outside.

That's right. They kindly took out my plants and placed them on the ground before they took off with my pots. These people were not too smart since one of my neighbors saw them running across my yard with the pots, followed them to where they live and got their license plate number. They live just down the street from me. So we called the police. He took our statement, the statement of our neighbor and spoke a few people who live near the house of my pot stealer's, and it sounds like like these guys are no good. They are always pulling up to the house with misc stuff, and have a lot of short lived traffic. I am really annoyed with the whole thing. What do they plan to do with them? It is not like they can pawn them? and by the looks of how they keep up their yard, they are not going to plant any plants in them.

4 month check-up

(loves the paper)

Charlotte is getting so big. We love watching her grow and discover new things, but what her to slow down some and stay small. Today was her 4 month check-up and she is looking healthy and doing great.

Measures 27 inches long - 99 percentile
Weighs 16 lbs 2 oz - 76 percentile
Head measures in the 54 percentile

We are going to start introducing some step 1 baby foods her into her diet, but keeping her mainly on formula. Also, she can have some occasional juice.
She is becoming very curious, and what ever she can get a hold of ends up in her mouth. She is either on her tummy or lying on her back with her toes up to her mouth.

Dog Physical Therapy

On Monday morning Millie was diagnosed with Canine Vestibular Disease, and ever since then she has been quite a hand full. She weighs 50 lbs, and we have to carry her up and down the stairs. Wrap a towel around her so she will walk to go outside. You have to stand on her right so she can lean on you. In order from her to move around in the house she crawls since every time she stands she falls over. I feel so bad for her, and I am sure she does not understand what is going on. She is not eating or drinking very much which is frustrating. The most important thing right now is to keep her hydrated and since she will not drink I have to manual give her liquids. So we are using one of those blue baby nose suctions to put liquids into her. I am seeing a little improvement with her holding her head up and not falling to the right, but she is still unable to stand without falling. The vet said it could take up to 2 weeks for her to recover. I am hoping it will less that that. Here are a few pictures of Steve running Millie around the front yard.

Look -a-like

Today I found this picture of me when I was around Charlotte age. I think she looks a little like me.

Finally !

Milestone

Today Charlotte rolled over from her back up onto her tummy and right onto her back again. She is my little over achiever.

Jam

Yesterday the 3 of us made Strawberry Jam. Well actually I did all the work, Charlotte supervised and steve took over stirring when my arm got tired. It has been years since I had made homemade jam so I was really looking forward to doing it,and it turned out great.

Wagon West

Steve really wanted to get Charlotte a wagon. I was a little hesitant being that she is still so small and I did not think that we would really need it just yet. Well once we put Charlotte in the wagon, my mind changed. She loves it. She instantly started kicking, smiling, and giggling.

Charlotte - 4 Months

Charlotte is 4 months today and we can not believe it. It has flown by so quickly and she has gotten so big. She is such a wonderful baby and we could not ask more. She is now grabbing things, and everything she grabs goes directly to her mouth. Also, she has discovered her thumb, and I am not too happy about that. She is as long as her crib is wide, and when lying on the floor she manages to wiggle herself around in a complete circle. She is rolling over from her tummy to her back, but not her back to her tummy. She is really close to doing It any day now.

He are a few things we love about her.

When she smiles her nose crinkles and she becomes bashful.

She is so easy to take out.

Shes only fussy when hungry or needs a diaper change.

Her huge infectious laugh

Big blue eyes

She sleeps through the night. At least 7-9 hours

Loves taking baths and kicking in her pool.

When she is tired and eating she covers her eyes with her hands.

I love that she gives Steve a huge smile when he gets home after work.

Of course the list could go on and on. We are so lucky and love every moment spent with her.
