Slumber party

Over the weekend (04032015) Charlotte had her first slumber party. Trinity, is a friend charlotte made at daycare. She has since moved north but I try stay connected with her mom and get them together as much as I can.

They had a blast. Non stop talking and playing for the first 5 hours they were together. About 10:30p they crashed.

They both woke about 7:00am to eat breakfast and get ready for a busy day. We were going to head out for an Easter Egg hunt and then spend a day part of the day at the Zoo.

You could say we wore them out.

Friends

This is Charlotte's good friend Trinity. She and Charlotte used to go to Daycare together until she moved. They are such good friends that every few months I try and plan a fun get together for them. 

Since is summer and the heat has been so intense. What better way to play and get out their energy than to play together at the house, swim in the pool and drive the jeep around the yard like maniacs. 

Once Trinity went home. Corbi wanted to get in the pool.

Cancer Walk 2014

This was our first cancer walk as a family since my mothers passing. It was an emotional walk, but it was different. I cant really pinpoint it, but it just was different. I had some amazing friends join me. For some, it was there first time attending.

 

 After the walk we always go to lunch as a family. Poor corbin.
