The Halloween of Twenty Eleven

Oh this girl. She is such a stinker. Yes, she is dressed up even though she does not look like it. She was cowgirl this year for Halloween. She insisted on wearing her jacket since Grandma had one one, and she refused to wear her cowgirl hat.
In the beginning she was not too happy about heading out. Once we finished fighting tooth and nail to get her partial costume on we headed out. FIrst stop was Grandma Bonnie's where she had no problem helping herself to 3 full-sized candy-bars.

After a few more stops she really got in to trick or treating. Yelling " Trick -or -Treat" in her cute 2yr old voice, and knocking on doors.

Steve heading to scare the kids.

And, although she enjoyed trick-or-treating, her favorite part was handing out candy to other trick-or-treaters as they came to the house.  She would stand at the front window and watch. When kids started walking up the driveway, she would run to the candy bowl, grab a handful of candy, and pass it out. You were lucky if you got candy from her since I only handed out one piece her person where Charlotte handed out handfuls.
