Disneyland ~ Day 3

Disneyland ~ Day 3
Charlotte's 6th Birthday

The morning started with a breakfast of granola, fruit and yogurt. The birthday girl was a tired from the previous days adventures. But, we are in Disneyland, on her birthday. All we can do is celebrate.

Once in the park we headed to the Character breakfast. This is a must. We love that the characters simply walk around and visit you. And, with Charlotte wearing her "Happy Birthday" pin she certainly received a lot of extra attention from the characters and DL stafff. Corbin, as you can imagine was a bit scared and shy of those who cam by the table. But, he never cried and threw a fit.

Day three we hit a lot of the rides which we didn't ride on on day one. And the rode many rides over and over again. Corbin loved Nemo's Submarine, and we frequented Pirates of the Caribbean, The Haunted Mansion and Big Thunder Mountain over and over.

March was a perfect time to visit. The weather was great, they crowds were small. I believe the longest we waited inline anywhere was 20-30 minutes.

We came, we rode, we ate, we conquered.

Disneyland ~ Day 2

Disneyland Day 2 ~ California Adventure

Today was the day. Charlotte had been talking about finally getting to meet Elsa and Anna and today we finally did it. Once we were able to get into the park we headed right to the FastPass line to get our time to return. However a huge rainstorm opened up right when we arrived. We were lucky enough to be in a building where a few shows were happening which helped keep us dry.
Once the time arrived it seemed time stood still. As we started approaching Anna and Elsa you could see Charlotte's excitement building. But, once we got in there she became so shy. Still, it is something we will never forget.

The remainder of the day was filled with Ferris Wheel rides, games on the boardwalk, Cars Land, and rides, rides, rides. Once the initial storm passed it was a perfect day. The day ended with soup in fresh sourdough bread bowls and a chill in the air.
