R. Roger Johnson

On January 11, 2015 my grandfather passed away peacefully surrounded by his living children on his 95th birthday. Preceded in death by my grandmother, mother, and his parents and siblings.I had the pleasure of spending the day before his death with him. He was a bit out of it but could respond to you when spoken too. He lived his whole life in Ephraim Utah in the house he grew up in which his father built.
He lived such an amazing life. Married to the love of his live, they adopted 3 children. He was a WWII pilot, Farmer, Business owner, educator, and author.
He was ready to end his earthly life as life in generally became hard. He had lived alone for 9 years, his health had started fading and everyday activities became difficult. He managed to still up-to the day before he was admitted to the hospital visit the cemetery and enjoy some coffee at the coffee shop.
He is missed everyday, and I have faith that he is healthy and happy. Enjoying much needed time with my mother and grandmother.

Another one bites the dust

Friday, January 2nd 2015 Charlotte walked in the door from daycare excited and says " mom, I have good news". This second tooth was nearly as uncooperative and the first. She again was excited for the tooth fairy , whom left her a dollar.
