{ Kiss the Girl }

 

Friday evening , Charlotte had her first dance perforamce with her new dance class. She ofcourse enjoyed every moment of it. She is a true performer. She and her classmates danced to "Kiss the Girl" from The Little Mermaid.

 

{ Memorial Weekend}

On top of all the other Memorial Day activities, we spent a lot of time outside. Which always mean a lot of pitures. Charlotte in true form did a "photo shoot"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Memorial Flowers

 

Sunday afternoon we took flowers over to my mothers grave for Memorial Day. The cemetery looked amazing with the flags flying and all of the flowers. The weather was fantastic. And, it was nice to finally be able to sit on the lawn and visit with each other to reminis and speak about my mom.

I really need to make a larger effort in making out to visit her. But, I am still mourning after 1.5 years and still struggling. It is always hard for me to visit.

 

 

Tracey Aviary

Just like years past, we always end up at Tracey Aviary over Memorial Weekend. It was a beautiful place and oddly never crowded. Corbin didn't seem to enjoy himself too much. Maybe it was the heat. Or, maybe it is the fact that he is only 8 months old. Charlotte ofcourse loved every second of it. There were a lot of eggs in nest, and baby ducklings following their mothers around.

While their away

Corbin was feeling better on Saturday. And since is Dad and Sister were in Ephraim at the festival. We decided to take a few pictures. As Charlotte would say " He is so Tute".

Small Town Fun

Every year week lookforward to the Scandinavain Festival down in Ephraim. Sadly, this year year Corbin was sick and neither him nor I went. Steve and Charlotte got up early Saturday morning to head down. On their way, they stopped and got donuts for everyone.

By the look of it , Charlotte has an amazing time. The parade is always a favorite when going to the festival.

Later is was snow cones, bounce houses, and shopping the booths.

In the afternoon they joined Joy and my grandpa at the Satified Ewe for lunch. Seems Charlotte had a little too much fun . She threw up at the resturant.

Even with that mishap they both had  an amazing time. I just hope Corbin and I can make it next year. 

 

 

 

Corbns First {Sick Day}

My poor little chucky monkey got sent home sick from Daycare. He is always so happy and constantly on the move that when he is not either of those, you know something is wrong. I was told the he was throwing up a little at school on thursday but did not think too much about it. Then Thursday night I knew something was wrong when her threw up on me 3 times in the night, and then 3 times again in the morning. Feeling guilty for missing work a few days prior I sent him to daycare. 2 hrs later, guess who called. Poor guy never did run a fever which I was tankful for. As much as I hate my kids being sick. I sure do love the cuddles they give.
