Oh this girl. She is just a burst of energy, and is funny, tender hearted, and oh so loving. She warms my heart and brings the biggest smile to my face.

Charlottes first camping trip

 

Over the weekend, Steve's work had a Employee picnic up Big Cottonwood Canyon. This  conveniently was the same campground Steve, and his co-worker and family decided to camp for the night.  Charlotte all day was very reluctant to go camping, and was ad emit about staying home with me. However, once we got there her mind changed. Being up in the mountains, and playing with the kids lead her to stay. They made smores, and played, dance and picked up "nemos" all over the campsite.

I had a nice relaxing evening at home. I had every intention of getting home, and being productive but that went out the window on the why down the mountain. By the time I got home, I am exhausted and went to bed not long after arriving.

They were home pretty early the nect morning. Roughly 9am. They cam to the house and picked me up and the 3 of us went out to breakfast.

Seems we will have to start adding summer camping trips to our agendas.









 

Getting close

Today marks week 34 for me and I am starting to feel it. While getting ready this morning I mumbled under my breath" I am so done". As much as I love being pregnant , this pregnancy has been very different from Charlotte. And, I am sure the summer heat has a little to do with it. As much as I am over it, it would not be the best thin is little nugget came 6 weeks early. So , I told him he has 4 weeks minimum to stay put. After that, he is welcome to make his entrance.

"Everybody Needs a Best Friend"

 

Charlottes was LadyBug in her spring dance performace this week dancing to "Everybody Needs a Best Friend" . She at first did not want to go on stage, fighting me a little when I took her back stage. But, once it was her turn she turned on the charm and took over the stage.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Little sneak

Daily, Chartlotts sneaks into my bed in the middle of the night. Most night I have the energy yo get up and put her back into her bed. 95% of the time, I am too tired so I simply make room for her and go back to sleep.

 

This is how I found her the other morning when I got up.

 

 

I sure with I could sleep this soundly and comfortable.

Lady bug

Coming up soon, Charlotte will have another dance performace. The other day we went and had her dance pictures taken. Here she is waiting for her turn.
